Yea thats what they told me and then they got back by phone and said $10 USD with free shipping over $50 so I got 5 sets for $50. The box weighs close to 20 pounds! Local store wanted $44 for one set!
Hope they don't work........

Hi Dieseldavo. Are you the "Davo" that signed up on April 22? If so, do you ever log in when you post? There seems to be more forum functionality for members (such as the ability to modify and delete your posts!). If you are that Davo, then you should have recieved a message from the forum (to the email your registered with) telling you what your password is. I receive an email like this: ------------------------------- Welcome, metromustang! Your username is metromustang, and your password is fnnqyklaejo You may change it after you log in by going to the profile page. To log in, click here: north76.proboards11.com/index.cgi?action=login&user=metromustangRegards, The mazda diesel team ------------------------------- You seem to have a lot of valuable experience to share with the group. So, you would be a valuable member. Onto my follow up: How do you find all these parts? You seem to know where to get everything. I had enough trouble just finding filters. (Speaking of which, did you have anything to add to my filter interchange?) Is this $10/free shipping deal still valid? Or is it just a number they pulled out of the air to retribute for their error and not lose your business? I hope they work out. If so, do you want to re-sell any to reclaim your buy-in-bulk investment? I forgot to bid on this (which I thought was a good deal): cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2473463559

Yea: thats me Davo, I screw up and some how wound up with 2 Davo accounts with different passwords and every time I try to leave a message as Davo (even when logged in) I get an error message. (sometimes loosing a hour of two finger typing). I had the moderator kill both Davos and I made a new one but that got squat. (more errors)
Maybe if we get bigger we can start a newsgroup like alt.binaries.perkins.powered ;D

The Brakes cost me $10 for the front set (4 pads) but you gotta buy 5 sets to get the free shipping. I found most stuff at www.Google.com search "Mazda Diesel" , which is how I found this place \http://www.nexicom.net/~north1/

My wife does the brakes now. She like "pads" better also ;D The 5 sets of front pads fit fine. Based on your recommendation I bought some. I just did the online checkout. It cost 20ยข for 5 sets (20 pads). Shipping was only $5.5 for this 14 lb package. Good deal. And they're metallic! I haven't needed any yet, though. They must've sold out. I went to the website last week and got an error rather than seeing the price for these parts.
