I own a 2008 F350 dually with the 6.4L, 151k miles. Bought it 3 years ago, haven't had any problems and my recent oil sample report was exceptional, thank God. I am contemplating bullet-proofing it because its a pretty truck (hunter green lariat) and she would be showroom condition with a good detailing. People have stated on other forums that a full bulletproof will get you to 400K mi, given strict maintenance schedules and driving conservatively.
I know a 6.4 bullet proof kit with labor runs $5-6k, which I'm good with, so I'm wondering if anybody here happens to know of anyone that specializes in something like this. I live in southern VA and willing to travel to the right man for the job.
Appreciate it folks...

I'll be driving 75% of the time in the city without a heap, and around 25% towing a 8500# trailer all over Utah (steep rise changes, and so forth).. I favor the cowhide on the tether/restricted models over the two XLT's that are material, however it's anything but an issue... What I'm truly worried about is which are bargains I ought to consider/stay away from in view of powertrain and unwavering quality/support issues. Additionally, assuming you would consider one of these trucks, tell me at what cost you believe is sensible... Any assistance? 192.168.100.1 192.168.1.1

I'm going to leave this here in hopes that someone can get the information they need. I'll try to open an OFF TOPIC page since this is a Mazda Diesel Forum. Stand by, I've been kind of busy moving. Rob
