Hi all, thanks in advance for your time reading.
Just got Mazda 6 2014, 2.2 Diesel back from the garage after working on injector seals and an oil lift issue. That problem seems to be resolved, but they’ve somehow created another issue, and denied all responsibility for it. Wouldn’t diagnose or fix, or offer any help resolving new issue.
Hazard lights work when engine is off. Hazard lights stop as soon as engine is started. Headlights are on, but don’t respond to stalk control, no side light/main beam change. Indicators don’t work at all. Green arrows in instrument cluster flash faster than usual. Indicators do ‘blip’ when arming/disarming alarm.
Garage mentioned they suspected BCM which I’ve located by the fuse box in the engine bay, Mazda can’t get me in for a fix for over 6 weeks… any ideas??
Thanks again for reading.

SOLVED: after booking in for a diagnostic at £75, with the threat of needing a new BCM at £309 with £156 labour to ‘reprogram’ on top, I did some Googling and decided to try a quick reset. Disconnected battery and module, reconnected everything 5 minutes later and it’s been good as gold since.
