Got the shackle bushings, no problem. The front position bushings seem to be a different part. Anyone done this overhaul?

Yep I had it done at a shop. It was a miserable job. Parts were cheap but the labor was not. Needed a front end alignment when done (More money) but was all worth it in the end. The rear parts were almost as much as the labor. I think there were like 12 rubbers just for the rear shackles and front mounts. Mine could be removed by hand since my trucks is from the deep south. Less stinky than burning them out with an oxy-acetylene torch. Much tighter ride now and no more clunks on bumps This year I Have a different Steering box from a B2000 wreck to put in. (Good thing I still have some Covid stim money left)

I got the shackle bushings in. Old ones came out hard. Lots of pounding and pulling. And new front sway bar bushings. WY better already. Where did you get front side of rear spring bushings? Bigger than shackle bushings

Yep: Mine were really cracked from being in Texas. I hope that was the last of the southern rubber.
