lucas, I have no way of knowing the history of the van. What was the original drivetrain? I read that they could have been equipped with the similar perkins 4.108 as original equipment. Have you seen anything of the sort in your travels?

lucas I think that is the temp sensor used in the glow plug control system. I guess you're not running that and instead have a manual switch? I like that van btw.

if your dash temp gauge works, then it's the glow system temp gauge. most of the diesel ranger and b series diesel pickup trucks use a clutch switch as well. to turn on the glows at a lower voltage. while sitting at a stop sign. so you may need to trace the wiring for that..
