Doing some research you can help me with by providing your truck's 11th VIN digit, which is the assembly plant. I'm taking this line to find out how many were built. Please take a moment and participate, thanks.

It's funny this question is being asked, I just bought a 84 diesel ranger and wondered how rare they are since I've never seen one before. I was trying to research online and stumbled across this site, I still haven't found any answers. Seems like my truck came from the same Kentucky factory as the other guys, my 11th vin digit is U.

Oops....
I was trying to figure out how this poll thing worked and what you were supposed to do.
I clicked the empty space to the left of the "U" and suddenly found I had participated in the poll....
I no longer have the truck or engine so can't tell....

Yes it would. A lot of gas rangers are from the plant in Kentucky too. May be all of them? I'm looking for a ford truck aficionado may be in Kentucky. Westcoaster; I have no clue how this poll thing is supposed to work or if it does now.
