take your time, i used a small amount of vasoline on the o-ring so it would slip into place and not get a cut in it when re-assimbling. cc

Thank you - that is a great tip. Two more qestions, does anyone know about what size/thread the nut is on the calibration screw that has to be double-nutted? I don't have a good collection of nuts, so I'm going to have to get something at the store. ;D. And is there a gasket on the injection pump, between the body and the top I am going to remove. This is a biggie - I need to make sure I have my parts in hand before I start. Thanks again for taking the time - Chelle

study the pictures and description - the seal between the body and top is a molded "O-ring". Mine was in perfect condition and stayed in place on the body. Be careful when you lift away the top - don't stretch the spring that is connected between the top and body. By appearance, the calibration screw has a standard 6mm X 1.0 mod thread. I can't quite reach mine without unbolting some stuff that's in the way.

Anyone have the photos and how-to for this o-ring fix? I have a new (old) B2200 with a leak. The tutorial was really helpful last time. I was hoping I could get it again, but Dave's Verizon site is gone.
