What kind of mileage gains can be expected after the injectors are rebuild? I'm currently averaging 30-32mpg and it seems that could be improved upon from what I've read, maybe 35-37mpg?

There's really no hard and fast formula for mpg gains but i'm sure you'll see some improvement. I had my injectors rebuilt by Blue Ridge Diesel about 3-4yrs ago, I was averaging upper 20's (28-29mpg) and after the injectors were rebuilt i was averaging low-mid 30's (33-35mpg). It's not cheap but it will pay for itself over time in fuel savings, but with diesel currently at $1.60 that may not be a real concern for some guys.
